'Grocery Shopping | Full Day of Eating | Physique Update'

'We take you guys to the grocery store with us and through an entire day of eating! I (Sarah) wanted to note something that comes up quite a bit across other social media platforms- our vitamins and minerals intake. We also take a plant based multi vitamin twice a day that really aids in us getting all of the vitamins and minerals that our body needs.
